Is my order discreet?

Absolutely. Your order arrives in a plain brown box with no branding or product names. The sender shows as "MW Logistics Ltd" and your bank statement will show "SP * WELLNESS NZ".

How fast is shipping?

We offer overnight nationwide delivery via NZ Post CourierPost. Same-day delivery is available in Auckland via Uber Direct (premium option).

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, and bank transfer. All payments are processed securely with 3D Secure authentication.

Are your products body-safe?

Yes. We only stock products made from medical-grade silicone that are BPA-free and phthalate-free. All products meet New Zealand safety standards.

Can I return a product?

Unopened and unused items may be returned within 30 days for a full refund. For hygiene reasons, opened intimate products cannot be returned.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship within New Zealand only. International shipping is coming soon.
